The Dues Platform For
Basketball Programs

Stop chasing dues.
Start coaching.

You didn't get into coaching to be a bill collector. Homecourt handles the hours you waste tracking who paid, sending Venmo reminders, and reconciling receipts across four different tools.

The way you collect dues today is broken.

Everyone we've talked to who runs dues is duct-taping together some version of this:

Spreadsheets

A Google Sheet with 40 rows, a color-coded 'paid' column, and no idea whether Marcus's dad actually sent the Venmo.

Venmo & Zelle

Payments buried in a personal feed, no receipts, no reporting, and awkward when someone disputes.

One-off Square links

A new link per family, per season. No status tracking. No reminders. Just more copy-paste.

All-in-one platforms

SportsEngine and friends charge $79/mo AND take 3%+ per transaction. On a $700 dues bill, that's $23 out of your pocket. Every family. Every season.

SET IT UP IN 30 MINUTES.

Three steps. That's it.

01

Add your roster

Add your team, players, and what each family owes.

02

Set up payments

Connect Stripe so payments land straight in your account.

03

Generate invoices

Review, then send. Families get a text with the amount, due date, and a payment link.

You keep every dollar.

Flat monthly price. Zero transaction fees. See what you'd pay elsewhere on a typical 40-player program at $700/family.

HERE'S WHAT YOU GET.

One Dashboard, Every Team, One Tap.

16U Boys, 14U Girls, whatever you run — separate rosters, unified dashboard. One tap sends reminders to every unpaid family across every team, with built-in cooldowns so nobody gets spammed.

$50/Month Flat. No Transaction Fees.

One price, no matter how many teams or families you run. No per-transaction cut like Venmo, Square, or CheddarUp — what you charge is what you keep.

Early Payment Discounts, Not Late Fees.

Reward families who pay early instead of penalizing the ones who are already stretched — the carrot works better than the stick.

Get Paid Directly.

Family payments deposit straight into your own Stripe account — never held by Homecourt, never routed through a middleman.

Real-Time Payment Status.

See who's paid, who's overdue, and who's mid-payment across every team — without a spreadsheet.

Mobile-First for the Sideline.

Manage the roster from the sideline. Everything works on a phone, not just the family payment page.

Questions people ask.

Do you take a cut of family payments?+
No. Homecourt is a flat $50/month. Zero transaction fees. Zero percentage. When a family pays $700, you get $700 (minus only Stripe's standard processing, which goes to Stripe — not to us).
What happens if a family pays late?+
Nothing punitive. We don't do late fees. Homecourt sends friendly SMS reminders on a cooldown so families never feel harassed, and you can offer an early payment discount to reward on-time payers.
Where does the money actually go?+
Directly into your own Stripe account. You connect Stripe during onboarding, and every payment deposits straight to you — Homecourt never holds or touches family funds. Your first payout may take a bit longer while Stripe verifies your account (standard for any new account, not specific to Homecourt); after that, payouts settle into Stripe's faster ongoing schedule.
Is this only for basketball?+
Homecourt is built specifically for anyone running dues for a travel basketball team or program. Multi-team support, dues cadence, and messaging are all tuned for how travel basketball programs actually run. Other sports may work — but this isn't a generic tool pretending to fit basketball.
What if I delete my account?+

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you delete your account:

  • All your data (rosters, invoices, settings) will be permanently deleted
  • Any outstanding invoices will also be deleted
  • You'll lose access to Homecourt immediately

Before deleting, you'll have the option to download a copy of your data. We recommend doing this if you need a record of your rosters or payment history.

Deleting your account is irreversible. If you change your mind, you'll need to create a new account and re-enter your data.
